This policy explains how AcumenTeach collects and uses your personal information.

What we collect

• Details you send through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, your child's year group and subject, and your message.
• Order details when you buy a resource, including your name and email address. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not see or store your card details.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange lessons
• to deliver the resources you buy, and to mark each copy with the buyer's details
• to keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing acumenteach.learn@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
